It seems very stylish and classy when you present a panna cotta in a champagne glass. It looks difficult but it is very very simple!! Follow these steps and you are good to go!!
Make any flavoured jelly that you prefer. I used ready to make Rex Jelly
Step 1: Place the champagne glass on a tilted surface (ice tray or egg holder) in the freezer
Step 2 : Pour in the jelly while the glass is in the freezer and let it set till it firm and hold shape, even if it freezes
If you want to pour in the panna cotta then make sure it freezes cause it will not hold shape otherwise!!
Pour the mixture very carefully only till it touches the brim
Step 3 : When the jelly is set, then you can straighten the glass and pour in the panna cotta and transfer it to the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours
If you have poured panna cotta, then pour the jelly in it and transfer the glass to the refrigerator. The panna cotta after 2 to 3 hours will lose its icy texture and will be nice and bouncy
