Apparatus and Measuring tools Needed

In order to start with the basic recipes, you would need some of the utensils and measuring instruments

#1 Spatula


Rubber Spatula is a very handy tool used for mixing, pouring ingredients from bowls to molds without wasting a single drop of the mixture.

#2 Electric Beater

If you don't have these fancy Kitchen Aid mixers, this electric beater is very handy and economical. I've been using it for years. This beater is used for mixing cake batters, making meringue, whipping egg whites, making whipped cream, marshmallows, in short its very very useful!!

#3 Measuring cups


These include measurements like- 1 cup, 1/2 cup, 1/4th cup and 1/8th cup. In spoons it includes- 1 teaspoon(tsp), 1/2 tsp,1/4th tsp and 1/8th tsp, 1 tablespoon (tblsp) and 1/2 tblsp. 

#4 Cupcake molds


Once greased well, these stainless steel molds can be used for cupcakes as well as cookies.

#5 Food Weighing Scale


Food Weighing Scale can be used to measure grams as well as litres, its cost effective and this is an important tool in baking cause baking is all about precision and following the recipe to the T.

#6 Ramekin Molds


These white ceramic molds can be used for making souffle, panna cotta, you can also bake cupcakes in these molds and serve it as without de-molding it as they look very fancy!
